Sounds basic, doesn't it? But the most common complaint in this industry is collectors who book a slot and never arrive. We have two decades of turning up on time across thousands of jobs. When we say we'll be there, we'll be there.
You See What You're Paid For
Your metal is weighed on site, in front of you, using calibrated scales. The price is based on the weight and current market rate. Payment goes into your bank account before we leave. No "we'll send it later." No mystery pricing.
Top Prices for Non-Ferrous Metals
We pay top prices for copper, aluminium, brass, lead and all non-ferrous metals. We also buy circuit boards, computer and telecoms waste, and e-waste, materials most collectors won't deal with. If it has recoverable metal in it, we're interested.
Everything Is Legal and Documented
We're a fully licensed waste carrier registered with the Environment Agency. We hold a scrap metal collector's licence from the local authority. Every collection comes with proper waste transfer documentation. When you use First Call Metal Recycling, your scrap is handled lawfully, which protects you as much as it protects us.
We Answer Our Phone
Call us, you'll get a person. WhatsApp us, you'll get a reply. We answer our phone and respond to messages. If we can't collect on the day you want, we'll tell you and give you the next available slot.
